I have used the Endosequence ESR-CM files in many teeth. They are a great file system and their use is not unlike Wave One Gold.
One file in its arsenal, I have found to be useful, is the 15.04 file. This file is VERY useful when a glidepath is difficult to develop with the regular 25.06 file.
The algorithm developed by Real World Endo is a great method of using this file system, and my departure is merely using the 25.06 as an orifice opener AND for shaping the coronal 2/3rds right off the hop.
